Crean Lutheran Academic Teams
And I told them of the hand of my God that had been upon me for good, and also of the words that the king had spoken to me. And they said, “Let us rise up and build.” So they strengthened their hands for the good work. Nehemiah 2:18
At Crean Lutheran High School, students are given the opportunity to pursue their interests and passion by joining an Academic Team. Many of our teams practice regularly, participate in competitions during the year, and require a greater time commitment than our clubs. Our students are supported and mentored by dedicated coaches who provide hands-on, individualized instruction to prepare students for competitions.

The mission of CLHS Robotics is to develop students who effectively analyze challenges and create complete, positive solutions while proclaiming Jesus Christ.
Crean Lutheran's Robotics teams compete in the VEX Robotics Competition, a world wide robotics competition where high school students design, construct, and program a robot to overcome a specific engineering challenge. Teams at Crean Lutheran are kept small and focus on teamwork, creativity, and determination. For information about VEX Robotics, click here.
