Crean Lutheran High School Faculty and Staff
Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord. Ephesians 6:4
Not many of you should presume to be teachers, my brothers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly. James 3:1
We will not hide God’s Truths from our children; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the LORD, His power, and the wonders he has done... so the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children. 7 Then they would put their trust in God and would not forget his deeds but would keep his commands. Psalm 78:4-7
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth. 3 John 1:4

Once a month, Crean Lutheran holds an “online learning day.” On this day, due to our 21st century web-based curriculum model (and extremely rare among high schools and even colleges), students have a learning day “off campus.”
- Students can go to a library, study at home, or work on collaborative educational classes with classmates either at each other’s homes or via an Internet connection.
- Crean Lutheran’s faculty, on these full days, meets on campus in a formal setting deepening their understanding and ability be excellent teachers for our students.
“Somebody’s got to be crazy about that kid!” (Dr. Urie Bronfenbrenner, Cornell University) This quote by Dr. Bronfenbrenner undergirds a healthy nested environment, which is partnered with parents, churches, and the community. Crean Lutheran High School’s teachers and staff are “crazy about our kids (students, your children)!” That passionate care, concern, prayer, pursuit of excellence and best practices all combine to make Crean Lutheran an exceptional place of learning and growing.
