  • Hire principal
  • Hire architect/contractor
  • Inaugural capital fund campaign begins
  • Hire admissions officer
  • Begin enrollment
  • Hire teachers & staff; assemble curriculum & program
    • July 07 - June 08
    • Open school on August 28 with 100 students in interim site
    • Secure site
    • With architect & contractor, establish master site plan
    July 08 - June 09
  • Year 2 with 210 students in interim site
  • Finalize architectural program plan & site selection
    • July 09 - June 10
  • Year 3 with 316 students in interim site (final year at interim!)
  • Build CLS campus -- Fall 2009-Summer 2010
    • July 10 - June 11
  • Year 4 with 450 students on CLS's own campus
