A greeting letter from the principal Greetings from Crean Lutheran South!
For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11(NIV)
These words are His promise to us, and words to live by. It seems like we live in an ever-growing and fast changing world that such a promise is not possible. Nothing can be guaranteed. It is only in God�s promise, and through Jesus Christ, that we have confidence in the plans for Crean Lutheran South, His plans for us, and the hope and promise of eternity.
These are exciting times for Crean Lutheran South, and for my family and me. I have been blessed to have been chosen as a leader to help birth this exciting, and very important high school ministry. I look forward to meeting, and serving each of you in the upcoming days. Please note our open house schedule on the website and drop by as I would love to meet you.
Sir Isaac Newton, English mathematician and physicist, who is responsible for the theory of gravity, once said, "If I have seen further than others, it is by standing upon the shoulders of giants." On the shoulders of GIANTS indeed! The support, planning, and prayers, for the ministry of Crean Crean Lutheran South High School has been in the works for almost 10 years! Crean Lutheran South has the support of many visionary leaders in education, ministry, and business, who make up a dynamic Board of Directors and Executive Director, which have been of critical influence during these early years. We are also blessed to be supported by many local congregations, schools, and Christian families. We are especially blessed to have support of our brother/sister school to our North, Orange Lutheran, and our big brother/sister nearby, Concordia University.
We are excited to open our doors to you! I ask for your prayers for our Crean Lutheran South community, as we are guided by His vision, and as together we proclaim Christ through excellence in education. God's peace to you and your family!
